I never received the order. When contacting the seller they first advised they would send a replacement. I never got that. I requested a refund and they advised that they cannot refund the shipping fee. Terrible service and a huge waste of time and and money.

The product really didn't do anything for me. I have a better shine with my honey lip balm. I didn't have any dead skin because I condition my lips most nights. I don't have dark lips, but i thought my lips would be brighter like the people on the commercial, but it just looked the same as it always did. I felt like i wasted my money.
