Low barrier creatine option

There is a lot of information coming out on the benefits of creatine so I thought I'd try it and included this as a part of my collogen subscription. I think I have seen a difference and outside of how big the pills are, it is an approachable option from the powder that is shaken up and I trust that it is clean ingredients since it is from great lakes.

Rather use a powder, Okay for travel

I can see how the pills might be better for travel, but for regular use I’d rather take a powder version. 6 Pills per serving is a lot of pills, and I feel like my body absorbs the powder better. I’ve thought about just opening the capsules and pouring them in a beverage, but haven’t tried yet. Also, that would defeat the purpose of a pill.

Too new to tell

I have been taking for about a week. I review would make more sense in 39 or 60 days.
