I purchased my Biblio Bloom vase after seeing an ad on Instagram and had been wanting to use the coupon code that was advertised. I realized after making the purchase that I had forgotten to add the code and immediately emailed customer service. They emailed me back right away and were happy to accommodate my request to add the code on after checkout. Throughout the delivery process I was in contact with customer service and they were so quick to respond and answer my questions. I just received this product and the quality is amazing.
