Bamboo Baby Wipes-Manuka Honey (12 Pack) Bundle

The wipes are fine, but my one star is regarding their customer service. I ordered a month bundle of the diapers as part of my regular order and to help us get through an upcoming trip. Instead of receiving the size 3 diapers I ordered, I received eight packages of size 2 diapers. My child outgrew the size 2 diapers long ago and now I’ve spent a lot of money on diapers that don’t even fit him. I’ve emailed three separate emails with pictures of the diapers and the receipt showing I ordered a larger size diaper; one provided by the Shop app, one listed in Terra’s emails, and the Terra website. I’ve also tried repeatedly calling the Terra phone number listed in the Shop app. The phone number does not connect to any kind of a menu and just hangs up on you after about 3 minutes. I’ve never received any sort of response.

Best wipes ever! They come out Of the package nicely and aren’t dry
