Liquid B12 (Liposomal Hydroxocobalamin)

Easy to use and tastes great!

I can’t yet report that my b12 has improved since I’ve only been taking it for 2 weeks. I’ll update on that later. I started taking this form of b12 based on my Unlock genetic report recommendation. I saw in previous reviews where they liked the taste but honestly the taste is the reason I gave it 3 stars. It doesn’t agree with my tastebuds at all!

Great taste and high quality! The liposomal delivery is a nice change from capsules. Definitely making this part of my daily vitamin regimen.
