I recently purchased a Cosori Iconic air fryer.(best one I have ever owned). Cosori touts the Iconic as an air fryer for chefs. I am not a chef. The recipe book that came with it is full of recipes for foods I will never eat. The kinds of dishes one would encounter in really fine dining establishments. I don't patronize those places. I don't dine out...I cook my own. The '150+ Easy Air Fryer Recipes Cookbook' is a winner in my kitchen. Every recipe is well written, easy to understand, and very readable.
