Gold Top paint and gloss

I've used the Gold Top Gold paint previously as part of a Candy Apple red finish. This time it was to refinish a satin Les Paul Gold Top Tribute. I always wanted the higher gloss like the Standards have, so I used this paint and their gloss clear. It goes on really nicely and the gloss coat was smooth, so barely needed any buffing. Really pleased with the overall finish, which really pops and sparkles now. Thread on MyLesPaul for photos "60s Tribute Gold Top makeover" if you want to see the stages and finished job. Will no doubt be buying more of their paint in future.

i painted over my telecaster using rattle cans, it looked fantastic , after 2 weeks the finish hadnt hardened so i stripped it completely and started over, this time i used a nitro finish supplied by NWG, a primer ,basecoat and clear lacquer(gloss) and wow what a end result i got,, looks fantastic, finished in gold top colour, well worth the effort, thanks NWG, I will gladly send you pics of the finished tele should you wish, thanks for supplying this fantastic product.
