This was my first time both for purchasing valuable jewlery on internet, and for doing that as a gift for my fiancé. So I was a little unsure and wrote Idoya and Luk. I got really fast responses to my e-mails full of questions concerning my order although they were on summer break, and that was a really pleasant surprise. The answers were also really friendly and made me at ease. In the end the gift was really appreciated, the only thing is that the chain for the neclace was a tiny bit too little for him, because I did not take the measures beforehand. As suggestion for everybody buying necklaces for men be sure to have taken the measures right! ;) So guys keep up the good work!

Timely delivery but small oversight

We were very happy with the quality of the product and the timely delivery, however one of the two links connecting the piece to its chain was left open. I have to admit that it bothered me given I found the price steep and it was a gift.
