It's all about consistency

I had been taking the multi for a few months already and was working my way through a different brand's psyllium husk. I can't speak to the efficacy of the Regular Girl fiber blend yet but I can definitely speak to the flavor and consistency! What a relief! It's so easy and pleasant to drink even in plain tap water. I am excited to report back on any changes I see :)
