ASTRE Volume 01

So well made, real care and consideration has been taken in the creation of this magazine (although it feels more appropriate to call it a book). Even if I didn't like the artists, the differences in how their work and words have printed is almost worth the buying it. In the course of writing this review I've just found out that there's an ASTRE Volume 02 (Astre Two)! Off to track this down right away!

Very creative, one thing I absolutely adore about this book is how it plays with textures, you will find gold and details, pages with matte + gloss finish, lots of cutouts!! flipping through the pages is a fun experience and the artwork selection is magnificent, so are the artists featured!

This magazine is a work of art. Im amazed at the level of detail and design that was put into it, from paper texture, text alignments, fonts, pictures, prints....Ive never held such a beautifully designed book - from start to finish. I really wish to own more of these and am hoping for a volume 2 soon
