Disappointed
The bouquet did not contain the colour palette specified instead red and cream/white roses were used (wild and natural bouquet). The twigs and bits were also missing- so this became a rather nondescript birthday bouquet. It also appeared to be much smaller than what was ordered. That said the actual flowers were good quality and the delivery service was spot on. I’ll probably order again, however I’d be very insistent that the bouquet match the vibe of the photo - I understand sometimes florists don’t have the exact flowers- but the colour theme at least should be maintained.
