The entire ordering process was very smooth up until I tried to upgrade the size (yes, I wanted to go bigger) but it wouldn't let me, even tho there was a button to do so. Regardless, the picture was amazing and everyone loved it. I will be ordering again for Fathers Day (the correct size this time).
