Just finished my first bottle & about to order more ! Delicious smokey flavour with a little kick of heat . Goes well with salmon & with pork tenderloin . Can be used alone or as an ingredient in a glaze with mustard , apple cider vinegar & your favourite spices. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed !

This was fantastic on some wild pacific salmon we grilled on the bbq.
