Worst Flower Delivery Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this flower service. I paid for a large flower arrangement for my husband's birthday, but they delivered a much smaller bouquet than what I had ordered. I also ordered chocolates along with the flowers, but they were never delivered. When I contacted customer service to request the missing chocolates, they simply refused to deliver them or provide a satisfactory resolution. The service was highly unprofessional, and the quality did not match what was promised. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and choose a more reliable florist.

DISASTER

A tied bunch of blue and white flowers was ordered on Friday to be delivered on Sunday. Advertised as free delivery I was nevertheless charged, and extra for a Sunday delivery. The flowers wwwere chosen because the had the best ratio if blue to white, blue being the recipients favourite colours. They were intended for a lunch party but dud not arrive till after 9 in the evening. What arrived was a very scrappy bunch of cheap white flowers. I emailed requesting a refund and received no reply. So I went to the store and after a long argument they agreed to refund me. However the refund has not arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Nice but not as fresh as expected

They were nice, but unfortunately it was very obvious they’d been in the hot delivery van all day, water had dried up and they were wilting a fair amount. The delivery driver had not taken care - box was server damaged which luckily only effected one flower head. Could have been nice, but considered a better delivery service as it ruined the bouquet.
