I've rated this a 5 star based upon the experience I've encountered thus far. I've never used this product before but after review of the details on the website, seemed like a good product for me to try. After ordering, the communication sent to me was immediate and I knew all aspects of the order status including when the cover began it's travel to my home. Arrived as promised. After installation, the cover fit my RV as designed/stated. I look forward to learn how the product will perform in the California sun. Thank you.

A quality cover for our rv. Had one for our 24' rv but moved up to a 26' and our 1st Eliteshield wasn't a good fit. So we bought a new bigger Eliteshield which I may have to take it up a little but it is on and will protect our rv as the 1st one did on previous rv.
