I've used several water flossers over the years, from Waterpik (which is not a very ethical company), to random unbranded ones, and when I found out there was an eco-minded and more ethical choice of water flosser, I was so excited. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the flosser egonomically as I've found that for me, there's a bit of an adjustment period for each different flosser, but because of the eco-focus and supporting an independent business, I know I can feel good about this water flosser. I love using it and I'm so glad to have found this brand!
