I had sent in a pair transmitters for repairs under warrenty. Diety quickly diagnosed the issue and sent replacements right away.

My Customer Service and Warranty Process Took A While
I am a big fan of Deity Microphones and their audio products. I'm normally satisfied with their customer service, but this time I did not feel like my requests were taken care of in an efficient time frame. The process for my claim started on March 13th, and I didn't receive my replacement DBTX until April 22nd. I was first told that my warranty had expired and was offered a discount on a new DBTX package. But I knew my warranty was still accurate because it hadn't been 2 years and 6 months since my purchase. I kept things professional and sent the invoice information to my agent. The problem was eventually resolved and my replacement was shipped and delivered in quality condition. I still believe that Deity Microphones is a great company with quality products at an affordable price. I'll continue to recommend them and use their products. Unfortunately, my last customer support experience just didn't go as efficiently as I'd hoped it would.

Solid TX with robust RX-TX sync
These take a minute to figure out the menus but with a little time they make sense. The SCAN function is great, but you need to ready to sync to TX as they time-out fairly quickly.
