The figurine and box first arrived in horrible shape, lots of damages and scratches, the hand that is supposed to hold her umbrella was broken off, and a part of the umbrella was missing. Customer support was friendly and helpful, and after returning the damaged figurine and them sending in a replacement, this one came in undamaged. It is a small hassle to properly put her on to the base properly, and you need to be careful when trying to put the sword in her hand, but it is a very nice figurine!

The figurine is actually from a higher quality than I expected. However, the box isn't very good at keeping the figurine protected and the hand was broken, making me use super glue to fix it.
