Ordered the cinnamon brow gel and it ended up being a little too dark for my coloring. Reached out to the company, and received amazing customer service. They immediately had me send over photos so they could color match me better. We both agreed on the color ginger. And then they replaced it at no charge. Just received it and it is perfect. Thank you so much. Definitely will be ordering again in the future.
