I don’t know if I’ll buy again

I’ve been using this product for about 5 years and loved it. However this most recent batch was much more thin and oily. I reached out to customer service and was told the formula changed two years ago. I order every 6 months and this is the first one I’ve received with a weaker consistency. I’m not a fan. My beard requires a little more hold and control than the new batch offers.

Could not ask for a better beard balm. The texture and the scent are just outstanding. All of this at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
