I have actually purchased two of the 250 ml hand flasks. My D.I.L. came around and asked if I had a small easy to carry bottle to carry while running. I sure do, and handed mine to her to use. These are the best hand flask on the market, consequently, I purchased another one and said to my D.I.L.keep your flask we both have one now. She was thrilled.
