I have ordered from My Sasun African Market several times. The service has always been impeccable! They have and amazing customer service team and quality foods. Their shipments always arrive on time or earlier than expected. They have truly earned my business as a customer!

I received my order from UPS in the box was damaged My food was cold but unacceptable there was no freezer bags or dry ice to keep my food cold I'm glad I received the order on that day another day and I think the food would have been spoiled or perishable. UPS really mess this order up you sent me a notice telling me UPS damaged the package but I did not know they damaged so bad that he could replace the ice or the freezer bags that were in it UPS should have returned the package back to the sender and refunded my money

The team is doing a great job, free delivery and at affordable price. I genuinely have no reason not to order from here again especially when I know exactly what I need. I just hope you guys are making good profit
