This pattern fished well on a recent trip to the Henry’s Fork fished on a fairly fast tapered sinking line and 690 R8 Salt. Big browns were in feeding mode with cooler temps. and they crushed it.

Great streamer fly!

I have caught a ton of fish on this pattern this year in Northern California. I use it on a mono rig with a stripping retrieve. The fly has a nice weight to it and it casts well. Great movement in the water. Countless big trout have been fooled.
