Material not as Previous quality

I have been purchasing & wearing this style of LS Tee for decades and my Size has been Standard Fit & Large. The latest purchases are WAY TO BIG and baggy & Longer in the sleeves. Rip Curl needs to undertake some quality control, otherwise long established & loyal customers such as myself will change brands. Not Happy, as I have also down-sized to a Medium, to accommodate for the oversize of previous Large, BUT,,they are the same size as the Large. WHERE is the QUALITY CONTROL?? I would value some Customer Support acknowledgement and reply please as I have expended quite a bit of money, but cannot wear these now due to their massive OVER-size
