Love my new reformer, only 4 stars due to delivery

I love my reformer, it is very high quality and works well and looks beautiful, which is not normal for work out equipment! The only downside was how it was delivered, I missed the part that if you do’t live in southern CA you do not get white glove delivery so my reformer was left outside my door in a crate! It’s super heavy and was tough for even 2 strong people to get it into our house, out of the crate and assembled (the assembly was simple but not easy because it’s super heavy). It seems like a white glove delivery should be offered everywhere (I certainly would've paid extra for it if that’s the issue) and it also should’ve been made clearer how the delivery would work as you need to be home when it arrives (you don’t want it out in the rain) and you need at least 2 people to get it put together.

Absolutely love

This is the best investment I have ever made in myself. I love the machine, the way it moves, the way it looks, and the videos I have done so far. Its been crazy time since purchase with travel and back to school stuff, but I can't wait to get back to my normal 5-6 times a week.
