I really wanted to love these extensions. I switched from my usual brand hoping for a thinner keratin bond to make them more invisible so I tried the micro keratins. Unfortunately these bonds were very difficult to melt down onto hair so that was disappointing. The larger problem I had was these extensions shed terribly. I have lost more hair than I have left and they were installed about 1 month ago. They shed to the point it’s embarrassing bc my floor is covered in hair even though I vacuum everyday and I feel like I leave a hair trail everywhere I go. These extensions were sent all the way from Australia and I’m in the US and I was really hoping it was going to be worth the extra money but that was not my experience. I did like that the hair had a slight wave to it bc my hair is naturally wavy so I do seek extensions that naturally wave after washing but again that is not enough to make me order again bc the shedding is that bad. They seem to have wonderful caring representatives so I don’t want to hate but I wanted to share my honest feedback since I’m a client who has been wearing extensions for almost 5 years and have a lot of experience with different install methods and brands.
