I haven’t tried this product but, one time. So I can’t give a full explanation of how it is. Although the company needs to work diligently on getting their products to overseas customers faster. This is a huge global problem that needs to be addressed everywhere. I studied project management and distribution management and this order was fast but the previous order was (SO SLOW) 😢 arriving to me and the packaging was ripped on my bottom bottle and damaged but you won’t replace it so why bother! This food supplement is good. It works it purpose and it also has health benefits thanks to containing a lof of fibre.
