excellent printer but...

very good printer, although I am having problems with the blacks smearing slightly, (but not on all images), which does spoil the image for sublimation. I use Epson Matte as the paper choice. I am unable to install the ICC profile as I am using Windows 11. Having mentioned my gripe, I am happy with the overall experience with this printer.
