An absolutely terrific product!

These things literally take longer to read the instructions than to actually install. This one, my only slight hold-up was realizing I had to get it to "settle" at the bottom. I do wish this safe had the four digit rollers in-line, like the lock on the one I bought for my Hyundai Palisade.

I've owned three different RAM trucks since 2017, and I've purchased a Console Vault with the three-digit lock, for all three trucks. They have been excellent, quality item. I've been working with Amber on this latest purchase, ordered the wrong one, she helped me through the process of receiving the correct one. Excellent customer service.

Well built and designed. Great fit.

Installed in 2026 Ram 3500 Big Horn 4x4 Crew Cab with bucket seats. Probably the trickiest part of the install is getting the Console Vault into place. Basically you have to wiggle it and twist it a few times and it drops right into place. Initially it seems like it will not fit but it does. There are four self tapping screw/bolts that are installed sideways inside the vault and I have a cordless electric driver that was short enough to fit inside the Console Vault and take about 1 second to install each screw/bolt. If you had to do that manually, it would be a little more work but still not much. I chose the simple key lock for simplicity. I will not be fumbling with a number code that I may or may not be able to see. Note that with the vault open, you cannot remove the key so whatever keys the vault key is attached to stays there. I have the vault key attached to the Ram remote and two house keys and that was not a problem. The Console Vault is well designed and well built and it is really nice to have to peace of mind to have a pretty secure location in the vehicle. I am sure if someone took the time, they could get into it, but it would require some kind of power tools and would not be easy or quick. Overall very happy with the purchase and ease of install.
