Ford Super Duty Under Front Middle Bench Seat Console Safe: 2017-2026

Two Support Requests, No Response

I wanted this product to work, but unfortunately it has been a disappointing experience. I purchased the Console Vault under-seat console safe for my Ford Super Duty with the front middle bench seat. The unit I received was labeled for an F-150. I know there is a lot of compatibility across the Ford F-Series, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and installed it. While the safe fits into the compartment, it does not provide enough clearance for the seat to close. The top of the safe contacts the seat, making it impossible to latch the center seat in the closed position. In other words, it fits the opening but not the available clearance. I reached out to Console Vault support twice through their support inbox, but neither request has received a response. At this point, the lack of customer service is as frustrating as the fitment issue. I would have preferred to find a solution because the product itself appears to be well made. However, after receiving an item labeled for a different truck and getting no response from customer support, I'm now just hoping I can return it for a refund. If you're considering this safe for a Ford Super Duty with the front middle bench seat, I would verify compatibility before ordering and be prepared for the possibility of limited support if you run into an issue.

I couldn’t be happier with my Console Vault. The first thing that stood out was the precision craftsmanship. It fits my 2019 Ford F-250 perfectly—as if it came from the factory that way. The installation design is clever in its simplicity, making the process straightforward while still resulting in a secure, professional-looking product. The electronic keypad feels high-quality and looks great. The custom 3D Ford logo on the keypad is a particularly nice touch that reinforces the factory-integrated appearance. What I appreciate most is how effectively it transforms previously unused space inside the center console into a secure storage area for valuables. It’s one of those products that makes you wonder why the truck didn’t come with it from the beginning. Excellent fit, excellent design, and excellent execution. Highly recommended.
