We absolutely love this!! I mix it in my kids water bottles daily. I have it usually 4 days a week. I switch between the brain mag, this and another type of magnesium supplement. It tastes so good and is an easy way to give your body what it needs!

This powder has enabled me to remove B12 and melatonin from my meds for restless leg syndrome and sleeping.
