Luhxe Travel Bag 2.0 (Easter Sale)

I like the product but did not like how long had to wait, difficulty in reaching and getting information from your company, that it was difficult for your staff to find my order each time, and that you cannot buy a frame after the fact. I had purchased the bag and was hoping to purchase the frame/wheels in the near future but was advised that that was not possible. This to me seems absurd.

Everything is great! Very light weight and so easy to work with. I appreciate how SHOP sends out reminders of upcoming payment. It’s just a guarantee if a person hasn’t checked their calendar so no surprises. Thank you so much!

I was supposed to get the black bag with a red straps on the exchange when I agreed to not get the laundry bag. All to not get the laundry bag and get my original order eventually anyway after the hassle of it being on backorder. I can't figure out how to lock the wheels into place for the base on the roller Edition. The little butterfly screws don't line up with the base
