My daughter absolutely loves her tail. It’s so beautiful and well made. The support team is very responsive as there is a 1 year warranty and she had a small hole, we got a new one sent very quick.

I ordered two mermaid tails for my daughter and her cousin to play with on Easter. I didn't pay enough attention to the size guide and ordered the wrong size. When I reached out to Sun Tails, they immediately responded and exchanged the tails for the right size. Amazing quality product and customer service.

Loads of fun

Great looking and so much fun. Also amazing customer service. Can't say enough one day on the boat and already more fun than the cost. Everything from here is a bonus.
