I ordered two rolls of neoprene foam tape. One was 1/16” and the other was 1/8”. Pres-Bond shipped the rolls immediately and I received them quickly. The tapes’ adhesives are very strong. I’m using them in a marine environment. There was a mistake made on the order fulfillment. But Jake at Pres-Bond responded to my email within minutes and rectified the matter promptly and professionally. This level of customer service is rare these days. I would absolutely order from Pres-Bond again.
