5 stars for customer service! The first artwork I received had a broken frame. I emailed them and a replacement was sent within an hour and received two days later. Unfortunately, the replacement frame was also broken. I emailed again and they gave me the option of a full refund or another replacement. The artwork looked great, but unfortunately, the shipping company did not handle the package appropriately. That was not Ikonick’s fault and I was very impressed by their response and customer service.
