X-Mid 1

Easy as!

I haven’t used my new tent out in the bush yet but I have given it ago in the backyard. The video instruction on putting it up is fantastic easy to follow and being someone who is not particularly savvy with this kind of stuff it was really easy for me to put up for the first time. The dog and I are much looking forward to getting out into nature with our new tent.

Extremely good tent

I've only gotten to use it for one night so far, but my first impressions are extremely good. It stood up great to some decent rain and wind without letting a drop of water in, also it never felt like the tent was in danger of collapsing. Coming from a free standing tent I thought the X mid 1 would feel a little flimsy and fragile, but it did not feel that way at all, actually felt more sturdy and durable than my old tent. I have zero regrets about buying the X mid 1, it is worth every penny.

Great Tent

Used this tent for the first time and set up was much easier than anticipated. Had a decent amount of rain on my trip and the outer shell did a great job at shedding the water. Love the size and weight and the fact I can use my trekking poles with it. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is one of the zippers already started to catch. I am hopeful it does not get worse, as this was my first trip out of the box with it.
