Shipping cost was too high for the size and cost of the cord. It was only the leather end I needed.

I had lost one of the leather pieces off my sweatshirt. The replacement hood tie is exactly as what was on my sweatshirt. This sweatshirt wouldn't be the same without it! I appreciate the prompt reply to my first email, to receiving my replacement. I won't hesitate ordering from you in the future.
