Higonokami Stainless

I've watched this knife for sometime after I bought a beautiful wüsthof kitchen pairing knife and looked around the site . . . the 50% of sealed the deal for the stainless version and I couldn't be happier . . . limited build but small and mighty with a great blade . . . the mechanism is lovely and tight and after a few practices it becomes a joy to hold and open . . . so pleased I took the offer a great EDC 😁👌
