Unhappy with delivery and products

Very disappointing shopping experience. The inventory system is frustrating and seems poorly managed, and the refund and exchange process is unnecessarily complicated. When customers have an issue with a purchase, the process should be straightforward and customer-friendly—not confusing and difficult to navigate. For a premium brand like Equinox, I expected a much better retail experience. The inventory management and refund/exchange policies need serious improvement.
