Maxine Dress

Absolutely LOVE this dress. I felt elegant and sexy. The pattern is so gorgeous and the material is sooo comfortable and flattering. I would say it fits to size. I am 6 ft tall, 160 lbs and ordered a medium.

Worth the money!

Awkward silhouette

The print is really lovely and the chest area fit nicely, but the shape through the waist/hips felt quite unusual on me. It ballooned out immediately below the bust, almost as if the hips started much higher than they should have, which created an awkward silhouette. The fabric is also thinner than I expected for the price point, and there was noticeable puckering along the side seams that made it look a bit poorly constructed. Thankfully there was enough room through the midsection that I was able to get it tailored and taken in, which helped a lot. Overall it ended up working out, but the fit and construction straight off the rack felt disappointing.
