Amazing before it’s washed - shorts ride up

I was obsessed with this before I washed it. After hand washing, the built in shorts started to curl and wearing it after, they rolled up and rode up causing chaffing :( it sucks because this is an amazing skirt otherwise. They should just be longer!

Dissapointing

I ordered a size smaller than automatically recommended. The skirt is la little loose, but the control pants underneath have no 'control' at all.
