Dying Plant

I ordered 5 plants and 2 of the Zwarktop Black Rose plant continues to loose its leaves. I've written to you twice via email requesting replacement of the 2 dying Zwarktop Black Rose plants. with no response from our company. I checked the roots on the plants and the roots are black and dead. There is no new white root growth on the plants. Please replace the plants with white root growth showing or refund my money please.
