The perfect backpack

The backpack's design is perfect for carrying a complete travel kit in a very compact size. You barely notice the weight thanks to its perfect distribution. And the color is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The material is waterproof and very durable. This is the second backpack of this model that I've bought, as for me it's undoubtedly the best. There was a mistake and they sent me a backpack in a different color than the one I ordered, but the customer service was impeccable and resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently, so a ten out of ten for that as well.

Shipping nightmare

I haven't had a chance to use the bag so I can't say much about it but I can say the shipping company was a nightmare. You would think the that for bags this expensive you would get ups or fed ex, nope. They used some funky third party shipping company with tracking that made no sense. The website was terrible and broken, I had no idea if my bag was coming or going. Missed two days of work because of this
