Item arrived with a hole in it, and it was pretty small for 3-6 months. When I reached out to customer service to get a replacement, they wanted me to send the damaged item back. I’m really not a fan of having to send a damaged item back, when the whole point of ordering online is that the item comes to me in my home. Also, I requested a larger size as my replacement item and wasn’t notified that I wouldn’t be receiving the item due to it being out of stock. Overall, not a good experience.
