shoe zero are the worst when it comes to communication. this is my 2nd time trying to order the SAME shoe but for some reason they dont know the difference between white outsole and black outsole so now after a month they still havent responded to my email. they used to never give me trouble so whatever new management or crew they hired they need to be fired and go back to how they used to do things

Didn't look at instructions, poorly printed letters.
Unfortunate. Also Mirrored the letters strangely?

I’ve ordered other shoes from ShoeZero and they turned out great. The mesh sneakers are good shoes and dont feel cheap, but these Classic Zero shoes feel really cheap and I would be embarrassed to wear. Unfortunately they are not worth the money. I wish they looked and felt better.
