Stop Dog from Barking or Neighbor Dog Barking Deterrent

Mine is not working and I would like to return it!! How do I do that?

I want to return it. It makes absolutely no difference to my 1 yr Morkie. Will you send an RMA No? I would like a refund because it is not as advertised. Ruth Holthaus

Pretty effective...we are trying everything for our one little Doxie & Corgi mix rescues...she barks frequently which in turn gets Joe barking. Our neighbor put one up on the corner of their shed aimed at us at camp but we already had one as well as a hand held one but they should have pointed it at their own little barker pup! We keep trying but this does help w/ 'No Bark' command!
