Book Arrived Damaged - No Packing Material Used

Hello, Loved the autographed book which our IT team purchased along with a leather wallet for a fellow colleague who was moving on to another position, however the packaging was incredibly poor. Mind you, this college is PBD's greatest fan and has a subscription to Minnect (which helped him negotiate the top salary). The book was packaged in a fairly large box with NO packaging material. The book banged around for days during transit and had the corners were crushed and the cover was scratched. A little packaging material would have been perfect, and we were so disappointed that an autographed copy of PBD's book would have arrived like this. Hopefully someone will find my review useful in the shipping department.

Arrived quick and excited to read it!

I haven't had a chance to read it yet but it arrived perfectly packaged and on time! Very surprised how quick it shipped once I ordered it as well. Very excited to read it and enjoy the show a ton!
