As a watch enthusiast, alumni and proud father of 2 University of Michigan alumni, this watch is everything I could have hoped for to commemorate the 2023 season and championship. The design, build quality and aesthetics of this watch are second to none. In addition, the customer service and the entire transaction were exemplary. Thanks John and Axia!

Missing replacement parts.

The watch is beautiful. However the endlink spring bar was loose when received and it fell out within a few days and there was no extra spring bar. Plenty of other replacement parts are supplied, but not that piece.

Purchased for my husband. From the beginning to the end, highly recommend. Five star customer service and communication response times. They are very dedicated to ensuring you get EXACTLY what you envision. I received regular updates regarding the progress of the watch, as each is created individually with the utmost care. I received my order about a month before my hubby's bday, which was the intended target for gifting. I was so excited that I allowed him to open directly upon delivery. I didn't even need to wrap it. Axia sent it in beautiful packaging. The outer shipping box was even detailed! There was another box after, perfect for suspense and very nice quality. Finally, the case the watch is sent in is top quality and absolutely stunning. That's all before you even get to the watch itself! To say that my husband was elated is an understatement. He spent the better part of 30 minutes looking over all of the intricate, tiny details that cover the watch front and back. There were even additions that surprised me included with his watch. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this watch. Axia FAR exceeded my expectations. This is my husband's new favorite piece.
