Reaper Pineapple Hot Sauce

Pineapple reaper wings

Smoked some chicken wings over cherry wood. Then crispied them up direct heat over charcoal till they got those lovely crispy edges..... Tossed em in a tiny bit of sauce...... Then watched as it took the breath away of everyone who tried em. Lively sweet flavour at the start that slowly transitioned into a lip tingling nose running heat. It lasted about 15-20mins.. Absolutely love the sauce. Great balance of sweet and heat.

Heat great, not picking up the pineapple taste.
