14k Solid Gold Yellow & Rose Gold Heart CUSTOMIZED Initial Ring

Mine came all bent. Im going to take it to a jewlers for fixing. This ring cost me $300 it shouldn’t look like this and i cant even capture the damage in a photo. Other than it being bend it’s beautiful. Im just really disappointed. This is my first time ordering from here and it might be my last 😔

This is the second time I have purchased from Fran & Co., the shipping was so fast and my ring was exactly as described. I will say, however, I wish they would include pictures of what the rings look like on. Both times I have been slightly thrown off by the actual ring size vs the picture of it alone on the website.
